Welcome! At this site you will find information about sailing trips on our ship, the Bontekoe, in Holland on the IJssel-lake (IJsselmeer) and Wad-sea (Waddenzee). You will find information about indiviual possibilities (i.e. Singles) but also about hiring the complete ship for, by example, your company-trip, a family reunion or student-holiday.

Bontekoe Reizen is an initiative from the owners of de the Bontekoe, Gerrit Jan en Anita Meijerink, and organizes since 1994 sailing trips on the Bontekoe. This always guaranties exact information and a personel approach.
About the sailing part: You don't need to have any sailing-experience. The skipper and shipmate enjoy teaching you all ins and outs of the ship en sails, steering the ship, making seamensknots and navigating.
In a nutshell: You will be the temporary crew of the beautifull two-mast Klipper Bontekoe

The Bontekoe meets all legal obligations about safety concerning the ship, passengers and crew.
